How the Tampa portal uses your information.

Information we store

When you sign in, we store your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar reference, server roles, login timestamps, and session records. When you verify, we store your Roblox user ID, username, display name, and verification timestamp. Department applications and their review history are also stored.

How it is used

This information supports account verification, role-aware portal access, Discord and ER:LC automation, department applications, moderation accountability, and troubleshooting.

Passwords and access tokens

Your Discord and Roblox passwords are entered only on their official websites. Tampa City Roleplay does not receive them. OAuth access tokens are used only long enough to retrieve the approved public profile and are not stored.

Removal

You may ask Tampa City Roleplay staff to remove your portal profile and associated application data, subject to records that must be retained for community safety or dispute resolution.
